My first contact with Eastern was Will G . He was always so pleasant and when he quoted my estimate, he did it in layman's terms. I don't know any of the other gentleman in the office ( one was young like Will and the other gentleman was bald) ! Everyone was so upbeat, positive and just so nice. They truly made a difficult experience very enjoyable! My car looks just like new! Everyone deserves a raise!! Thanks for the great care! The work completed was outstanding, but the hours they are open are not inking with people that work a 9-5 job. Anything outside of Manchester an individual would not be able to make it, causing loss of time at work.
