From your first phone call to the completion of your repair, our highly trained staff will be there to guide you every step of the way. We offer convenient, one-stop service for all your auto body needs, with vehicle drop-off and pickup completed right at our facility. For rental accommodations, we work closely with Enterprise Rental to make the process easy and seamless. Throughout your repair, we will keep you informed of progress and estimated completion dates via text, phone, or email—whichever you prefer. I have been there twice for repairs and each time everyone I interacted with were so nice. Lisa is always so helpful and nice to deal with and Chad is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. All of the work done by Eastern autobody was great. Only concerning part was a new tire was ordered and supposed to be mounted. The wrong tire was ordered and the tire was not mounted. I found the tire in the trunk a couple days after picking the car up. Little surprising nobody checked if the sublet work was done correctly.
