For rental accommodations, we work closely with Enterprise Rental to make the process easy and seamless. Throughout your repair, we will keep you informed of progress and estimated completion dates via text, phone, or email—whichever you prefer. I’ve had prior good experience with Eastern. I believe the issues related to my vehicle’s repairs were out of Eastern’s control due to Land Rover and Lou’s Custom Exhaust involvement, although I do appreciate that Eastern relied on Land Rover as the experts for the exhaust issue.

Damage to my vehicle’s rear end including the exhaust system. What looked to be a relatively simple fix turned out to be an extensive repair to the right exhaust. Why the whole exhaust wasn’t replaced is ridiculous. The way my vehicle was hit certainly pushed the exhaust system out of alignment. Eastern auto techs did the right thing by sending my vehicle to the local Land Rover dealership for a check, then Lou’s Custom Exhaust was involved with more work. The vehicle had to be returned to Lou’s because Lou’s needed to repair their work because somewhere the exhaust wasn’t welded correctly. My vehicle was returned to me in about a month. 10 days out with the vehicle and it vibrates terribly, can feel the exhaust vibration in the seats, and my vehicle now sounds awful, like a truck!
