For rental accommodations, we work closely with Enterprise Rental to make the process easy and seamless. I spoke to Lisa a couple of times and she was very friendly and Chad was helpful when I had to call one day. I didn't find Ken to be friendly the day I dropped off my car and he inspected my vehicle. I only knew his name because of it appearing on the paperwork he gave me. He never introduced himself and was not personable .
