For rental accommodations, we work closely with Enterprise Rental to make the process easy and seamless. Throughout your repair, we will keep you informed of progress and estimated completion dates via text, phone, or email—whichever you prefer. They’re making it right in the end but there was a lot of running around

Quoted one week, took 3.5. Postponed due to estimator, postponed due to being down a painter, picked it up and the bumper was not installed correctly. Happy to report they called the next day to schedule a time for the car to come back in to fix. Not easy being out of a car for 3.5 weeks with two kids and two full time working parents

Eastern is trying to make it right in the end but there was A LOT of inconvenience and felt as though we were being given reasons why the car kept getting delayed which honestly, are not our issue as the customer. Being down an estimator and being down a painter are not my concern. I would have appreciated honesty from the start, if you can’t take the job and get it completed in the time quoted; maybe suggest another body shop

They completed the repairs in almost half the time of the original time estimate. They kept us informed along the way and answered all of our questions. And best of all, they handled all of the insurance transactions (and even vacuumed the interior).

I do like the process from beginning to end to the end. The only thing and this was my fault was not to get an estimate before deciding paying the deductible the total was lower than I thought would be, I might have paid it instead of the insurance kicking in. But all together very happy. Thank you
