No set at first but I understood why due to the company they had to deal with kept sending defected parts and EAW wouldn’t use the parts and had to return until set correctly

Honestly, I’m not very sure as I have seen the good work you’ve done before, but in my case, it was the exact opposite of the work that I’ve seen you do. But with that being said, you guys have tried to correct all the problems so it to me that does speak a lot as you’re trying to make everything right and I know that’s all you can do.

I’m neither very satisfied nor dissatisfied. The car is repaired and looks good overall. You did try to go above and beyond to correct problems but each time you did, you created more problems. So I’m grateful that you did try to do more in to make the job better but in the end of the day if you didn’t actually do anything, it would’ve been better off. Currently waiting on a couple parts still that you told me were ordered easy to install, but I am expecting when I bring it up to get them parts installed. There will be another issue created by them being installed.

I would say that about 90% of the stuff I talk to the front end staff about they listen to. For example with my car I had about eight runs that were in the clearcoat. It happens and with them only seven of them were addressed. Now I will admit that you guys did listen better than my insurance company did.
