Service was good and staff was polite. But work took longer than anticipated. I had to run over the 30 day rental. Work was only correcting scratches on the front passenger side fender and side door.

My car looks the way it did when I first bought it, and I’m so ecstatic. Everyone I spoke to at Eastern Auto Works was the utmost professional, empathetic, and understanding. I was so excited to see that they’d cleaned my car upon pickup. That was going to be my first stop. The car wash, but I didn’t have to go. If I ever need body work again, I’m definitely going back!
