From beginning to end, customer service was top tier. I previously canceled the first repair shop State Farm schedule me with due to the customer service I received on the first phone call. When contacting Ed Voyles, Matt was very friendly and upbeat. My first question was do you provide a ride for me to get home and to pick up car when completed. AS the first company denied me that service after I was told by State Farm that they would. Matt brought me home when I dropped off car for repair.
