I am very satisfied with the work and customer service at Eddies. I worked with Walter and he went back and forth with my insurance to make sure I got everything I needed to fix my car. Tirelessly working to make sure it came out perfect. Once I got my vehicle - I did notice one of the mirrors replaced was different than the other. I called back Walter and he immediately ordered the right one and had me come back to put it on. No questions asked!! I would definitely refer this shop to any of my friends or family for future business.

Very long process from start to finish. Found finger prints and smudges all over the windows on doors replaced. Found windshield full of smudges and finger prints. Rear bumper that was replaced has a paint chip on the driver side where it meets the rear quarter panel. Trunk that was repaired was not properly cleaned.. received car back with black dots all over it. Trunk lid is not properly aligned. Looks like over spray on the head light on driver side.

I am extremely satisfied with the repairs made to my BMW 535i. All of the body panels are aligned properly and the paint job is excellent. I went here because they took care of my mother in laws car prior. Rich was extremely helpful. Our bumper was replaced in half the estimated time. Looks like new. The car was even returned to us cleaned. He kept us informed of progress throughout. I would definitely recommend.
