Got my car back and my rims was pre-paint the seal around my doors and windows are loose. Inside of my car is getting wet. My driver’s window and the passenger window are smear with Paint. I need to get it fixed.

Job incomplete, not perfect, car still vibrate at a high speed of 75mph and above. I have called Traveler yesterday to have the car taken back to fix the remaining issues.

I have had my last 4 cars from Hollywood Honda. My car was brought to the collision department after someone hit my car. Robert and Tiffany were fabulous! Robert kept me informed while the car was being repaired. In my opinion, Robert is the best customer service person I have ever had. Ironically, my insurance company State Farm recommended Hollywood Honda mumber 1 to take my car to for repair. I was thrilled since I have been a customer there for over 10 years. I always recommended them to others and will absolutely continue to be a customer.
