I was told the new bumper would be there in a few days. It was over a week before I heard anything from them. Then I was told "they" sent the wrong bumper or color...and so it would be another "few days"....Then I was told the bumper arrived,,,and I could come in the next day (Tuesday) and drop the car off. Except I (like most people) need my car and also need to go to work. Yet the best and largest auto body shop in Broward County doesn't have any "technicians" that work on Saturday.....A major inconvenience. So I had to take the morning off of my new job. i arrived at 7:30 and was told it would be about an hour. At 9:15 I was told they couldn't get it to fit because of the damage to the car. The bumper was dented, and during the appraisal the damage was clear, yet there was no mention of the possibility of the damaqe affecting the fit or that it wouldn't fit because of the damage. So it cost me another $ 200 for them to fix the damage and get the bumper to fit. End result. I would never ever return to your company for any work and I would never recommend your company to anyone.

Customer service was good until they added an unwanted branded plate holder to my vehicle without my permission. Reggie was nice about removing and handing the problem but the lady I spoke with (may have been Donna) did not practice good customer service.
