My car was not perfectly fixed but it looks fine unless you look up close. They couldn't fix my horn because my writer didn't listen to me when I told him what the problem was

SO TERRIBLE IT IS UNBELIEVABLE. My experience with Eddie Dimeglio's was very unprofessional. My writer niglected to call me on several occasions where he said he would, the receptionist failed to have someone else inform me about my car since my writer was on vacation and didn't let me know, and the automated texts the company sent me troughout the period my car was in their care were incorrect and pointless

Excellent body work; warm, caring and knowledgeable staff; and a clean nicely decorated office make for a good experience during a time that is usually frustrating - having to deal with a damaged vehicle from an accident! In my opinion, 5 days was and excessive amount of time. You called on Wednesday and said the car was going in to paint and would be ready the next day for pick-up. We had to hunt you down on Friday to be able to pick it up by the weekend
