3 scratches were done while my vehicle was in the hands of the body shop. I am unsure whether it happened in the body shop, or when my vehicle was taken to be cleaned, but I am positive these scratches were not done while in my care. My vehicle was not cleaned, oil was on the front seats, the bottom part of my bumper was never replaced with a new part like stated in two updates. The bottom part of the bumper has gouges visible, and deep gouges when touched. To be honest. Overall it was okay. But I do reccomend Chevy Trax be NO longer listed as a reliable vehicle against wildlife, or high winds and is not a dependable car for noone. I'm sad, my husband and I, was not given a choice at a dependable, durable and quality vehicle that we are paying 30k for this 2020 Chevy Trax. I sure hope our credit is better after paying for this.
