This was the best customer experience that I've ever had at a collision repair place. The appointment wasn't scheduled until all the parts came it, I was kept updated on the repair in progress, and it was even finished sooner than expected. The restoration looked as good as the factory and I was treated very well doing the whole process. If you ever need any body work done to your vehicle, I would highly recommend you bring it to the experts at Elden Collision Center.

They’re ok. But, I expect them to go an extra mile to get the bumper replaced sooner since they have the car on a Tuesday and it wasn’t fixed till Friday. I don’t have a ride, it would be nice if they got the car late Wednesday since it’s going to sit on the shop for a couple of days anyways. I could have used the car if they’re not going to work on it right away
