Because there was a small area 18inches from the repair and they couldn’t even take care of it. Very petty, I would have even paid but wasn’t even asked. Very disappointing.

Did not identify/document accident damage correctly. Failed to communicate the entire 4 weeks the truck was being worked on. Said my truck was ready for pickup twice with damages not fixed. I’m now back in my vehicle but need to bring it back in to fix the left over repairs.
