All of the people at Eldridge were courteous and polite at all times to me during a particularly stressful time to me. All of the people within the Eldridge Body shop were very supportive in my decision making process regarding my Chevy Impala repair following the accident. They helped me in understanding the process which had changed drastically since my last accident in the early 2000s. During the repair process I was continuously updated as to the progress in the repair. The work completed in my car exhibited excellent workmanship. The work was completed within an efficient and proficiently caring time frame. When I drove away I felt that I received my car in better physical and mechanical shape than when I drove into Eldridge for my estimate. Because there was a small area 18inches from the repair and they couldn’t even take care of it. Very petty, I would have even paid but wasn’t even asked. Very disappointing.
