John was fantastic from start to finish.... good communication with me throughout the process. He worked hard to get my car completed quickly, but with the best workmanship. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with and always responsive to any questions. And so far so good the car looks amazing with no issues detected to this point.

Very satisfied. They really wanted to make sure they use OEM parts but some were on backorder so it took a little longer to get the repair but once I got the car looks like nothing had ever happened. Very happy great communication from the staff along the way.

Justin & the Sarasota Bodyworx team were great! I was kept informed throughout the entire repair process while my Lexus was in the shop. I chose Sarasota Bodyworx because they are Lexus certified & after doing my research I'm extremely glad I did. The insurance company tried to steer me toward one of their "preferred shops" but I wanted a repair facility that follows the manufacturer's repair procedures rather than one that caters to the insurance company. My Lexus was repaired the right way and the communication throughout the process was excellent. I highly recommend Sarasota Bodyworx to anyone who wants quality repairs and peace of mind!

It’s actually a 10+ the car looks fantastic as well as John managed my expectations by communicating with me each week. It’s too bad the supply chain didn’t have a better deliverable because it took 6 1/2 weeks for me to get my car back.

I totally love the people at Bodyworx!!! they were so nice and understanding, and they also helped walk me through everything as far as dealing with the insurance company and setting up a rental for me! When I mentioned I had a bad rear wiper blade, they took care of that for me, even though it was not part of the insurance quote… Which, of course I paid for out of my own pocket, but I appreciated that they didn’t have a problem with doing that one little extra thing for me🥰 they constantly kept me updated on all the repairs and the process of dealing with the insurance company! Which, in my humble opinion is the best contribution that body shops can do for their customers!! Thank you Bodyworx and Justin!!! You guys are the best🤩🤩❤️
