Took an extremely long time to repair vehicle. Car was on perfect shape before accident and shop is claiming certain damage was not due to accident. Now car will go to another shop for repair. Initially customer service was rude to us.

we belong to AAA and have for many many years, however, they are not our insurance company. They went above and beyond to help us! They paved the way to getting our car repaired and secured us a rental car for the duration of the repair work. The car was similar to the size that we are used to driving so we were very comfortable. They actually came to the repair shop and delivered the car seamlessly and the return was the same! It made a difficult situation much easier and it is much appreciated!
