Condition of the facilities - top notch. Clean , organized, professional look. Very impressive! Work is professionally done. No (half way) tactics. Parts that can’t be fixed or straightened out are replaced to guarantee a perfect and proper look and job. Proper paper work and contact with with businesses, insurance companies, car rentals, are all taken care of to insure professional, optimal, smooth completion of job. Totally satisfied. Very professional and knowledgeable. I know there were certain problems with bent parts etc. they replaced them and did it right. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Elia again, if needed.
