I definitely had a great experience with Elite Auto Body. It started when I first walked in and began explaining my situation. I’d reached out to the insurance company concerning repairs to my vehicle. Someone had ran into the back of my Honda CRV and I didn’t know it until I stopped to get gas. The insurance company asked that I send pictures through the link they sent me which I did. I also explained to them that I was having trouble opening my lift gate without a little force on occasions. They sent me an estimate of -$250 to replace the tail light and buff out to marks on the bumper. My deductible was $500. I was asked to send over the estimate from the insurance company and we went out to look at my car. When my estimate was done it was close to $5k in damage. It was a lot of things the insurance company couldn’t see with just sending pictures. I was told they would call when all the parts arrived to bring it in for repair. It took about 2 weeks for parts to come in. I received the call to bring the car in on a Monday but informed him I was leaving on Wednesday to go out of town for a couple of weeks. I dropped the car off Tuesday night prior to leaving and when I returned 2 weeks later it was ready. They did an excellent job. I will recommend them to everyone that I know that needs repair work.
