They are a great body shop to do Business with they are one of the best right across the street from Concord Lexus. Everything was great and they were very Professional about everything.

Extremely satisfied with my experience at Elite. My parts were pre-ordered great organization and prep. I appreciate that. Customer service is amazing. Jasmine at the front desk is an asset to the team. She is friendly, remembers you and makes you feel comfortable. She kept me updated on the progress of my car with great detail. They also send text messages after they call I like that. Work was done exceptionally well and they back up their work. If I ever need or want work done on my VW I will return. I will and already have told people to go there on my social media and word of mouth. Thank you Elite for such a fantastic auto body repair experience. A+++++++++++++++++++
