The side view mirror wasn’t checked prior to release and proved inoperable. I had to pay toll three times $8.00 each time totaling $24.00. first to pick the car up, second to bring it back to check the side view mirror, 3rd to replace the inoperable mirror on he driver side for a replacement not made by the originator of my vehicle.not too happy about that. Not to mention gas…$$$

It was easy to communicate with Elite. They gave as much information as possible when i asked questions. They were able to order the parts and get us in quickly. They even cleaned the whole car upon us picking it up which seems above and beyond. The job done looks great! It was wonderful working with them.

They kept giving me different dates for when my car would be done, and it made it really difficult for me to coordinate a time to pick up my car, and to get rides to work when I expected to have my car back already. Also when my car was finally done they gave me a 30 minute window with 3 hours advanced notice to pick up the car…
