They charged me an extra $250 on top of their estimate to recalibrate the weight sensor for the front passenger seat. Ridiculous!

They did a very nice job with repair but it took 2 weeks. They did not get the parts the first week which was disappointing. Wasted time to have the car in the shop. Should have ensured parts were ready to ship.

I haven’t had a chance to fully check out the repair, but so far you guys did a great job. One thing, the two struts that hold-up the engine hood when open do not function and will probably need to be replaced.

Gents: I am generally completely satisfied with the care and professionalism you extended to my vehicle. I have not completely evaluated the job, but it appears to be first class... I have one problem... the engine hood will not stay up anymore. I suspect the hydraulic pistons that hold the hood up have failed. That is the only issue I have come upon, but I will let you know if anything appears. Thank you again for doing such a superior job on my vehicle. Jon.
