I was just upset that they couldn't just tell me the truth when it was going to be done .I love the work they did just didn't like the communication that I didn't get I had a rental and they knew more then me

Communication stunk was great at first then I got the run around and the fact that the rental car place knew more then me I felt like it was a scam and the fact I had to ask if they were going to do a front wheel alignment and I'm not a mechanic is shocking which then I didn't get my truck back for almost 5 weeks and I had out of pocket for something that wasn't my fault when am I going to get my money back

Although it took a while, I’m sure supply chain issues were a factor. Car handles very well and the gaps were beautifully done - can’t tell there was a problem. Our daughter is so happy that her car looks brand new.

They kept me well informed until the original pickup date passed - then I needed to call them to ascertain progress and pickup date. Car has to go back to their contracted auto repair shop for issues with breaks after pickup. Was handled in a day.
