Great experience with Elite. Great work on the car and great service. The only reason it’s not 10/10 is because the estimated day for the car repair completion was pushed back and there wasn’t great communication about that, but otherwise very happy with the work and customer service.

I really like how easy it is dealing with Elite and Jon. I’m sure State Farm played a part in the smooth process but it’s already super stressful. So the fact Elite makes things simple and doesn’t stress you out even more is a bonus. I won’t ever use anyone but Elite to fix my vehicle. It was repaired to perfection and even was cleaned on the inside. I really appreciate yall and my boy Sahid for recommending yall.
