Elite Collision Center did an excellent job keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs that were being done on my vehicle. The time that it took to complete repairs was reasonable. The staff was very professional and customer oriented. I would definitely give them 5 stars!!

The repair was great but took longer than expected and I was not informed of the additional delay until I called to pick it up. Also the brand new floor mats were dirty and scuffed when the unwashed vehicle was returned to me. Good repair but mediocre customer service.

Repair work is great, love that there is a lifetime guarantee. But the lack of info during the process about further damage/delays, and the amount of money I ended up spending on a rental car because of those delays makes me hesitant.

Individuals were informative and polite when I spoke to them. The team was knowledgeable of the issues with my car and where the process was at - but there were several delays with my vehicle being completed and I was not notified of them until I called to check in on progress.
