The representative wasn’t transparent about the insurance company denying part of the claim. He left the part out and told me the car has been fixed when I went to pick up the car it was the same as before. Their response was that the insurance denied the claim . They supposed to tell me about the insurance denying the claim before they started fixing part of it. It’s unacceptable and below the standard of care! I am very disappointed!

I am beyond angry with the outcome of my vehicle and I don’t want anybody else to go through what I went through.

The shop withheld the information about insurance company denying part of the claim and went head and repaired only half of the accident. They didn’t even bother to tell me and called and said my car is ready for pick up. I went to find out that all the repairs required wasn’t done. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with what they did.

Elite was phenomenal. The communication was great and they finished work on my car two days early! We went through insurance for payment and just covered the deductible but seeing the total covered by our insurance for a full bumper replacement showed us that Elite is also cost effective!

I haven't noticed any issue thus far since picking up my vehicle following the repairs. I think my car looks just like it did before I had my accident, which looks great!

I think one of the worst things you can experience when going to a place of business or store, etc is when employees are condescending toward customers, or when they ignore you or talk to you like you are bothering them. I've never encountered that not once at Elite Collision. From the day that I called to set up my appointment to drop off my damaged vehicle, to when I came into the shop and was greeted by the nice lady at the desk and so on, every single employee treated me with respect and professionalism!
