If a friend or family had their vehicle returned to them like my vehicle was returned i would be embarrassed that I referred you to them.

When picked up my vehicle no one came out with me to go over what work had been or ask if I had any questions or concerns. Also the workers left rubber gloves and the plastic used to cover part of my truck for painting in the bed of my truck. This behavior is in my opinion very unprofessional and very very disrespectful.

The customer service at pickup was terrible. The receptionist seemed to be only concerned about collecting my deductible. I felt that should have taken place after I looked at my vehicle. Customer service is the part of patronizing a business that matters most to me.

Lara was my contact for the repairs and she was wonderful! She kept updating me throughout the process, letting me know what was going on. There were problems getting a part and she let me know every step of the way. The repair looks flawless and they detailed my interior as well! Highly recommended shop!
