Elite collision did a good job fixing my car the first time but the second i went with that I found evidence that they were driving my car and caused cosmetic damages to the inside of .. and unlike the first time dealing with them they weren’t very informative and didn’t replace my car parts with OEM all after parts without informing me about it… very disappointed with this experience with them

Elite collision was wonderful!! They handled everything from the insurance to the car rental. I was given regular updates on my car and it was completed on time!! Very professional!!

Laura with Elite Collision body shop was very nice, professional and above all, very detailed in identifying what was wrong with my vehicle and fixed them as necessary. This shop did a fantastic job on my vehicle and my vehicle looks like a brand new car . I highly recommend this shop to my insurance company, friends of mine and neighbors to have this shop as the go to shop when they need body work on their vehicles Kudos to all employees at this shop for a job well done. I appreciate the person and I was working with did inform me of what was allowed, but unfortunately, it was a disconnect with my insurance team and what was allowed by the elite staff. I appreciate this Linda working with her. I felt comfortable and assured of the work that her and her team had been allowed to do unfortunately it wasn’t a complete success for me, but I respect and appreciate my representative from elite collision❣️🌹🔥
