Elite painted my car better than factory. I bought it new in 2001 with my partner who persuaded me to go to the Hyundai dealer. Since then a hail storm in 2005, a black ice skid at 15mph, lots of rust from Chicago snow salt, 284,000 miles and the loss of my partner at 58 yrs. old on 12/8/23 to congestive heart failure. 16 yrs previous we had a car accident in our Escort and had it fixed by Joe at Elite on Jarvis and remember how they brought our car back, no sign of an accident. Much has happened since we bought the Hyundai on the showroom floor 23 years ago. The time was overdue for payback with only 1 breakdown. When the guy at Elite said this car must mean a lot to you I broke down crying and left the keys. 10 weeks later I picked it up and could not believe my eyes. Elite brought our car back, and it will never see snow and salt again. I'll be using an old truck while the Hyundai stays in the garage, a place it has earned.

When I was in a hit and run back in May, it didn’t seem like there was much damage and I put off getting my car fixed until I had more flexibility in my schedule. I had no clue what I was doing and selected a shop based on recommendations from my insurance company. To say I’m impressed is an understatement. Elite on Jarvis was amazing. They were communicative, kept me updated on their progess, and even finished early. If I ever have needs for car repairs again, they will be my first choice.
