I stated my case when I picked up the car. The additional 250 dollars that I was charged for the new battery was unacceptable, especially after my case claim was closed out. I was outright lied to, this should have been repaired as part of the original claim, not as an added ext to me. I will never use your services again and I will certainly tell everyone I know about the scam you tried to run with me. Have you heard of bad karma or what goes around comes around. I’m sorry I could not be the stupid client you wished I were. I am also reporting my experience to my insurance company tomorrow, I rest don’t like when people try to play games with me. Freddy and his team did outstanding work! They made my car look brand new again after what was initially a nightmare having my car with less than 1000 miles on it get hit. I will use them for all of my auto collision repair needs forever!

Repair was great, my only issue is after I dropped off the car, I didnt receive any updates or texts on the status of the car. it wasn’t until I called to check in and then I received texts and updates.

My car didn’t look this good when I bought it! Beautiful craftsmanship. It’s a disservice to call Elite on Jarvis a “body shop”. It’s an artist’s studio. Great attention to detail. On point communication from beginning to end. My thanks to everyone at Elite.
