Communication was excellent. I left an important item in my car during repairs and they were able to help me retrieve the item. The car was finished 2 days early and it was vacuumed and washed when I picked it up.

The car repairs were done well. The communication was frequent throughout the process. The repairs were completed earlier than anticipated. I left an item in my car I needed and Elite employees helped me retrieve it. Everything with the insurance company and rental car agency were seamless.
