The one area of improvement in the repair process was the tracking/communication system done by text was inaccurate and a little confusing. Since I got a message at the end of the process to ignore automated messages from Freddy this is likely a known issue, but it’s worth noting. The system gave me an eight day estimated completion time about a day before the repairs were complete, and the repairs e des up being completed just three days after dropping off. Fortunately, I got my car back much sooner than expected, and the repairs seem to be as expected. More accurate updating/tracking communication be more helpful on my end if I do repair work with Elite in the future.
