Reached out to a few locations and was told they had a waitlist that expanded till January. During my research I came across a collision center Elite on Jarvis. I called and was asked to bring the vehicle in the following week. This location also has a waitlist, but I was told they would try and have it fixed within two weeks from the drop off date. I received weekly update calls and told they would need an additional week to complete the repairs. Received a call 3 weeks later notifying me that the vehicle was ready for pick. Upon arriving I was provided details on the repairs and reviewed the work that was done and I have to say AMAZING! Not only did they fix my car in 3 weeks but they did an amazing job with all repairs. Staff was courteous professional and empathic to the situation. This will be my go to location for all repairs and I will definitely refer my friends and family. Thank you Elite on Jarvis. You guys are fantastic.
