All staff were great! They were very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. Communication is vital for me and they had that down packed! I would definitely recommend them!

The communication was terrible. Never did Elite call to update us on the parts they ordered (that were delayed significantly) or inform us on how long repairs would take. The company seems very disorganized over all so the service is poor.

Again, this was the worst part. I always felt in the dark about what was happening with my car from day 1 to the two weeks it took them to finish the repair.
