I don’t recommend stuff like this to anyone, no matter the good/bad experience. Not just with mechanics or anything. Just not personally gonna recommend one way or another. Nothing personal or specific to this scenario at all. So 7 is the highest I’d go

They did a great job with the actual repairs and were very efficient, friendly and communicated very well. However when I got the car home I realized my back seat cushions were all dirty. Obviously I realize that due to work on the exterior parts of the car dust may come into the car but I believe they should have covered the seats properly to protect them. At the very least clean them once finished. Everything else looked immaculate. They washed the outside of the car and vacuumed mats so this must have been an oversight.

As always Joe and his team go beyond of what is necessary to keep their clients satisfied. They kept me informed on the progress of the job. Raúl was very helpful explaining the details of the process and they were even able to finish the job a week before the original date. It is no coincidence that after 30 years in Rogers Park I keep coming to Elite in Jarvis. Thank you Joe, thank you Raúl.
