After my accident I was concerned about my car because I was kind of in shock and the tow truck driver suggested Elite because they had a fenced in lot. I knew nothing about Elite. I just wanted to get my car to a safe place so did not know if I could trust the tow truck drivers suggestion but after doing research on Elite and talking to my insurance company I felt my car was in good hands. After getting it back and seeing what a great job they did all my concerns were gone.

At first I did not have much interaction with Elite. My insurance adjuster was communicating with them. To be honest my accident was pretty traumatic and did not want to deal with a lot but after I saw how nice my car looked I was no longer dwelling on the accident.
