Josh and the team are AWESOME!! Josh was very friendly and easy to work with and he explained everything in detail. The team made the repairs in less than two weeks and they did a great job. Quality of repairs was great. The problem was communication and being told all the parts were in and being informed later that all the parts were not there. They did however work very hard to get the parts as soon as possible.

I was told that they had all the parts to fix my car and was told to drop it off and that it would take a week to a week and a half for repairs. I called after 11 days and was told they were still waiting on parts, that it could take nearly another month to get parts and the gentleman on the phone rushed off the call after informing me of this.

They got me in faster than anywhere else could and they did good quality work, but navigating this for the first time it would have been nicer to have a bit more info and walk through, and I would have liked my fender tape without having to go out of my way to come back in.

Very well done, but neglected to order/place fender protection tape to match the other side. After not having my car for two weeks I don't want to take more time to take it back down there because it's essentially just a $50 piece of tape, but it's frustrating it wasn't on there to match the other fender. Paint looked great though, and everything is functional and well done.
