We have to bring our vehicle back to have repairs made that somehow made it through quality control. Our insurance said we have a guarantee. I don’t have the paperwork here with me, but the repairs were around $10,000. I am having another collision center look at it in order to identify anything I have missed with an untrained eye. I am a teacher, not a collision specialist and I have been tasked with identifying what needs to be fixed. With an untrained eye I identified a dent in the brand new hood, and the hood was misaligned, numerous bumps in the paint in different areas of the car, a dent on the passenger side rear door, a scratch on the driver’s side back door. I do not know what I haven’t seen. A “brand new” hood. With a dent! Anyway, we can’t get a rental car through our insurance anymore because we exhausted the coverage during the repair process. At this point we are waiting on the new estimate, and transportation arrangements. Thank you
