First everyone was so helpful and informative. My car had some damage and it was fixed beautifully like it never happened. Also to my surprise my car was fully detailed which was a very nice surprise. 10/10 recommendations for Ford of elizabethton

The repair work was done excellent and the car was cleaned up great. The repair foreman who write the estimates is so nice and professional. He goes out of his way to get the repaired completed in a speedy and professional manner. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone.

Slow, would not return calls, rude, treated me like I didn’t need to know about my car. When I did pick up my car they said the right tire was bald. I told them that one week before the accident that I had 4 new tires put on car. The guy at Ford said I don’t know that you did. He basically called me a liar. I went and got my receipt. He then said Walmart must have whodooed me. No it was he that was doing the whodooing. On the other side he took a tire out of my car that belonged to someone else and put it on.

First, Josh Nash the BS Manager was very knowledgeable & thorough in his explanation about the repair process. Second, he was very responsive to our inquires (emails) and Third - The truck looks excellent and clean! Hopefully we will never have to use your body shop again, but if we do, we will certainly return. We will certainly recommend Ford of Elizabethton. GOOD JOB on all fronts.
