My overall experience with Happy Valley Ford Collision has been great. Irving was patient and caring every time I talked to him on the phone. They got my car in very quickly and it was fixed and back on the road in a timely manner. I felt bad about taking my car back in only 2 days after getting it fixed but Josh Nash was very kind and understanding. They found out that the manufacturer had accidentally plugged in the radiator fan and the air conditioning compressor into the wrong harness. They gave me a loner vehicle for those 2 days while they ordered and installed new parts. My car has been running great since I got it back. Everyone has taken a very stressful situation and turned it into a pleasant experience.
