I hope I never need a collision center again and if I do it is highly unlikely I would seek to use this company. And that is a shame because they are located within a few miles of my residence

There was no voluntary communication from anyone unless you count the 6 emails informing me of the estimated completion date. 6 times the date was moved without explanation. I had to call the collision center each time to learn if their reasoning; absolutely unacceptable

The scheduling for my vehicle to begin repairs, Was planned in advance of my drop off date allowing me to arrange for transportation During the period I would be without my car, but that was also taken care of with good scheduling by Ellmore auto body shop. Repairs were completed within a shorter period than expected Great job
