Great shop I understand hard to find good help. Repairs exceptional. I get you need to find a good detail resource. Hopefully I don't ever need to come back for a car repair but if I do yes I will be back to your shop.

I think they did a beautiful job on repairing my vehicle. Unfortunately communication was completely lacking over the 6 weeks they had my car. I would've really appreciated a weekly check in by anyone on their staff on what was going on. I had to repeatedly call and was given a different answer each time I called.

Very good communication, very convenient in terms of Ellmore working with Enterprise car rental to make everything so much easier & convenient. The only thing that was a bit challenging was not knowing exactly when the car would be ready towards the end of process. And slightly difficult to get in & out with my car. Very satisfied with the work & customer service. Would highly recommend to others.
