There was some misunderstandings when I dropped my vehicle off. I had 2 different quotes for work to be performed, one for insurance and one to be paid out of my pocket, and I wanted both to be done at the same time. When I dropped off my vehicle, I thought they would complete both and have the ordered parts on hand. But they were only going to complete the insurance claim until I called a few days later to inquire about the work I was paying for out of pocket and they had not even planned on that yet and hadn’t ordered the parts. So that put them behind my power curve.
