Eric worked hand in hand with us. He treated my truck as something special. Which it is. I received almost daily updates on the progress being made. I couldn't be happier with the finished job. It looks great and I know I'll be able to drive it for another 20 years. These folks took really great care and I would highly recommend them to anyone else needing body work.

Excellent service... Eric was very professional and even though there was a problem with the delivery of the headliner and some of the electronics he was on top of it and saw that the job was completed properly. We are very satisfied.

My recent repair was not completed to an expected standard. Parts were replaced that I do not believe needed to be, and the endresult did not present a finished appearance, especially for the price and time

My first experience with you was amazing. So amazing in fact that when my wife was involved in an accident you were the obvious choice for repair. I don't know what happened from then to now but I am beyond disappointed. For starters, I am not a mechanic by any means, but when I looked at the damage when the accident happened I personally felt that the exhaust system (muffler, pipes and exhaust tips) needed to be replaced. I was a little shocked when I was told that it was straightened and only part of the pipe was cut and refitted. I trusted that you, the company, knew what was best and that I was getting my car back in a "factory restored" condition. I was very wrong. With a zipped tied muffler, exhaust system shaking and spitting smoke in an unusual way I knew that someone took some short cuts and DID NOT CARE how my vehicle would be returned to me. I called USAA and explained to them the situation and returned to ECC. Kevin helped us out and I was pleased with him taking care of us and ordering a new exhaust system. Upon arriving home I decided to take a real close look at the repairs as I now am doubting the quality of the work I had done. Sure enough I have found multiple issues with the paint (which I have called Kevin on) and started questioning the "repair" on the tow bar as it looks that it may have just been bent back into shape and sprayed. Further more I am now concerned on the breaking issue my wife was having and wondering if this critical safety issue was handled in the same neglect as the other aspects of the repair. I really don't know what else to say, you are nice enough people but this is just not how good business is done. I really feel like the "repair" was done in the cheapest way possible, just good enough to look ok to the eye and someone thought that I was just going to be too dumb to notice the crappy quality of work.
