It appears to be quality work, but it was done extremely fast, and I was surprised at the turnaround. Not that it is a bad thing, but it has never happened that way before. I have never been to this particular shop before.

Shout out to Gerber collision for the best team ever and for fixing my sons mobility van. The service and the repair was absolutely excellent, 11 out of 10 for going above and beyond.. I wouldn't recommend anybody else to fix your vehicle accept Gerber and collision. They do try to stick close to the quote that they give you , and they finish very quickly. All I can say is, thank you for a job well done and keep up the great work.

I had to call and ask about my car being done after it was delayed over the weekend. I had been without my car for almost two weeks already (it was anticipated to be completed on a Thursday but I didn’t get it until Monday), and I kept checking the status checker through the Gerber app. My car was still being worked on according to the app, but when I called, I was told it was complete and ready to pick up. This was frustrating because I really needed my car back and I had to ask for updates instead of being informed by the shop.

I thought the approach to fixing the vehicle was very professional the staff in the office very informative the discharge diagnosis post repair with the guy telling me what needs to be done and how I have to hold off car washes for 90 days. I thought that was pretty interesting.
