To start off, I'd like to express that I still think it's the other guy's fault in the accident, but I digress. The folks at Emerald Coast Collision were very good. They repaired our vehicle beyond our expectations. I won't say exactly what they did, but they did, and I thank them for that. There were weekly updates to the repair time of our vehicle which allowed us to plan ahead to pick up our car. Emerald Coast Collision really took a lot of stress off my back which allowed me to do my business stress free while they did theirs.

I was not informed on my vehicles progress appropriately. I went to pick not up at it's scheduled completion time just to be told it wouldn't be ready for a few more days. Up until that time I was getting updates via text where my vehicle was in the process of the repairs. The last text I received was the completion date and time. Not receiving any more texts I assumed it was ready when I was told it would be. It was a huge frustration since I had already returned my rental. I would have appreciated an update once they knew they had to order more product they needed. The customer service was lacking during repairs.
