Arrianne was the kindest and with very thorough explanations to our questions or concerns. We had probably twice a week communication on the status of the vehicle repairs which is so unusual in today’s world. Highly recommend this collision center to anyone needing repairs in Ft Walton Beach area.

I took part of a day off to come over and get an accurate estimate. With you seeing the vehicle you need to be able to give accurate estimates not an estimate of 2300 and a final bill of 4600. It’s your business to know what you’re getting into with repairs nothing was hidden. Will not return or refer in the future

The whole team, especially Aarienne, who assisted me from start to finish, was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled smoothly. They even called the rental car company for me so I could get picked up right away. One of the team members also did a full walkthrough of my car with me and provided an estimated repair timeline. Aarienne kept me updated throughout the entire process, which I truly appreciated. This team is top-notch!
