Emerson Collision Service Inc was established by Mario Leonardo in 1972. We are a family owned and operated business. We were originally located on Emerson Street in Rochester NY, which is where our name originated from. In 1972 we moved to 249 Dewey Avenue, where we remained for 26 years. In 1998 we opened a new facility located at 2589 Ridgeway Avenue. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. Customer service is our number one goal. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including daily text updates and email messaging with vehicle owners. At Emerson Collision Service Inc we want to take the bad experience you have had with your vehicle and turn it into a positive one.

This is an amazing shop! We have unfortunately, but are fortunate to have used them several times. The staff is beyond helpful and they work tirelessly to make sure everything is perfect and everyone is satisfied!
