I was notified everyday as to the status of my car which I really appreciated. Also Jomar Ramos was my estimator and he explained everything to me and was very efficient, professional but most of all very kind. It’s nice to know that we can still have person to person conversations which really helps things get accomplished. This is my second time at Best and going toward will always chose Best and will pass on to my friends. Thanks again my SUV looks brand new!
