I am very dissatisfied with the work performed on my truck.     1.    The parts installed on my vehicle are not original/OEM parts, which was never clearly explained or approved.     2.    Both the windshield and side window were returned covered in primer paint, and despite multiple attempts, the paint still has not been fully removed.     3.    The installed parts are poorly aligned, giving the impression that the work was done by someone inexperienced.     4.    Your shop charged my insurance thousands of dollars, yet the quality of work delivered was mediocre and unacceptable.     5.    My gas tank was full when the truck was dropped off, and it was empty when I picked it up.     6.    At this point, I am concerned that my truck was damaged further while in your possession.     7.    For what should have been a minor repair, my vehicle remained at your shop for approximately 15 days, which is unreasonable. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this shop based on the quality of workmanship and service provided.

You never called me personally. You called my son who had nothing to do w my car and it seem like you called my son cause he also had his car in the shop. Terrible communication.
